Not a responsible Relocators

Phoenix Relocations was not satisfactory service and non recommendable.
They got in touch with me. A Smart agent good at speaking came and told they do all the transportation for Govt. Servants.

They charged me 16K for transporting from Bangalore to Trivandrum.

All items were manhandled from the loading of the goods. Packing were not proper.
The washing machine was man handled badly. Bike vicor was broken.

They promised that they would carry the items in a closed container but they carried in a tempo with a tarpoelan cover. All cartons including books got wet in transport.

They told they will take the insurance for the items. After calling for claiming for the washing machine damage, the smart guy never picks up the call. A charge of 3000INR was taken for insurance with out giving the Insurance receipt. (these guys pack every thing and load to the vehicle and then informs that the insurance will be sent on mail which will never come).

I had a pathetic experience with group too. The same (I guess) 'smart' agent contacted me for transporting my stuff from Bangalore to Allahabad. He committed to deliver within 6-7 days with 11k. After 1 week, he called me saying that it is not possible to deliver within the promised amount and they need Rs 5000 more. As it was very urgent to deliver I had no choice. I told them I can pay only 2500 and later paid that amount. After 5 more days the items were delivered and then they started asking for more money. When I refused to pay they started threatening me for consequences.
This, I think, is the height of unprofessional-ism.
I wont recommend this company to anyone..

I totally disagree with this, As i had moved my household goods to Mumbai from Bangalore, I had a good experience.
No Damages, I got a Insurance Copy in hand Before they could even proceed with packing. In fact I must say good team work, I been moving every three years once.As m a Programmer Manager travelling across states.I found them really very professional compared to other vendors.I'll surely recommend.

m also agree with the last comment, i have also a packers movers company but in small level and i give all my big packing to phoenix i never heard any complaint or any band thning about phoenix.. i think some packer mover company are commenting these nonsence comments, just to hamper their business,
be as u are phoenix good job u r doing.

I recently moved my luggage from bangalore to my home town. They promised they will deliver with few day but now they said the luggage is lost. I gave them my bike and all stuff for courier. The person who picks the call shouted and asked me to do whatever I can. Its a fake company. They are fraud. Dont take there services.

I also had bad experience with Phoenix relocations while moving from Bangalore to Pune. Initially, the experience was nice. Sales agent was very nicely convincing and he had committed to bear any loss in transport. Also, they did packing very well - patiently and very fine packing.

Problems:
As others mentioned, they had said that insurance will come in mail which never came.
After moving, we came to know that packing was done badly in terms of combining things. They had mixed items very badly from different categories and unpacking became hell for us.
They didnt assemble anything (even though good amount was taken for that) - even bed, wall unit - everything left and they said - call carpenter to fix them now. I spent nearly Rs. 3.5-4K to fix all items which they had unassembled.
I lost my keyboard, mouse, Jacket from UK and many small items. Though all boxes were there, we could never make out how they stole all these items which we come to know only next day as they had refused to unpack - took money and vanished. At least items worth Rs. 5K were stolen.
While unloading car, person asked for Rs. 400 extra for petrol (though they had used only 10 litres out of 20 litres I already gave to them) and 200 for unloading from cargo EXTRA to the bill in cash.
When you call their agent, always he was saying - he will pay for stolen items and carpenter - will sympathize and say - you send your bank account - I will transfer that amount. But then, no response. Anyway, he knows that now you can not catch him - so he continues to give excuses and after 10-15 days, you stop followup.
So, I say it was worst experience after paying 40K for transport. I selected it as other quotes were in range of 44-45K. But I hope I lost at least another 10K with these people.
