Photon Plus — activation not done

I have bought photon plus from SVS international B-1 Satya bhawan, 36, wazirpur commercial complex Delhi 110052 (TIN#[protected]) contact person is Sandip[protected] SVS international sold photon plus to me without activating it in Rs 2950. Now no TataIndica outlet is activating it neither SVs international is taking it back. This photon plus is garbage for me now. I have very disappointed with this situation to buy photon plus. I am listing below photon plus details.

I had great confidence and expectation from Tata Indicom, please help to activate my photon plus and take necessary action to avoid similar bad customer service experience in future. We really don't want take any action againt SVS international and Tata Indicon in consumer court but we may have to proceed if my service is not activated and 2 month free internet is not offered as per current plan offering. I would really appreciate your prompt response. I have already wasted few days and it has caused lot o[censored]nnecessary stress and loss of business.
