Photon Plus — Device is not working Properly

I want to draw your kind attention towards the my Photon+, I have bought it on 20/9/2010, its no is [protected], Now it is not working from One Week, I have complained many time to customer care, i did not get any response from there thats why , I want You to seek our problem & I hope that You will take any step in this regarding, so that , I to be Your regular customer in coming time. Please its my hopely request.

I want to draw your kind attention towards The my photon+, my photon no is [protected], now its not working properly from 23 Sept 2012, i have complained many times to customer care, and i did not get any response from There That's why, I want you to deactivate my photon as soon as possible . please its my hopely request and send me my final bill on my number [protected].
