I had ordered for a flask from Pigeon store on 13th September 2011 using Pigeon Appliances Online (www.pigeonestore.com).
The transaction was successful and the payment of Rs.229 was made online. The details provided by the site on email are as follows:

The site provided information as the product will be delivered in 5-7 working days, but never received any details on delivery. I replied back to them on 5th of October asking them about the status, but no reply was given.
On 22nd October 2011, I get a mail that the order has been cancelled, without any reason. The amount too hasn't been refunded as yet. When the money has been debited one month back, why hasn't the product been delivered? Secondly, why no reply was given to the mail sent to the customer care, thirdly how can they cancel my order without any reason, On cancellation from their end, why hasn't the refund been provided as yet.
I have absolutely no hopes from the customer care of pigeon appliances. This is worst than a scam. Little drop of water makes a mighty ocean, even if 100 people are cheated this way every month, they can make more money.
