Poor guality steel guage, base material for burners not of Brass, and the supply lines for gas to the burners are of a poor guality with streaks of corrosions on the surface area and the smell of leakage of gas at times when not in use. Burners light up with an explosive sound sometimes posing a threat of a potential gas explosion or a fire hazard. Burner rings of cheap steel , rusted and flakes of rust peeling when stove in use.
Replacement request forwarded to STOVEKRAFT INDIA via mail, Gas dealer from whom the stove was purchased with a replacement warranty in 2 years, has also been notified, as the same product was endorsed for Quality by HP GAS Company, whose approval stamp has been tagged on the product.
