Dear sir/madam,

Myself Pinal Parlekar studying in M.Tech. first year (2011-2013 batch)in Parul Institute Of Engineering & Tech. at Vadodara. Sir i have got the admission in this college through GATE via counselling. I am a eligible candidate for GATE stipend. My first semester is over. Till today i didn't get the form for stipend from college & any information about the forms are not given to us. Even I didn't know about online application for stipend.Now I get it from Internet before 3 days but the due date for submission for application is over. I don't know whether I can feel the form or not. Kindly guide me how can I get my stipend for 1st year. Can I apply now?
