I also paid around 4.5 lacs some 4 yrs. back. But till date waiting for the allotment, The customer care response is also very pathetic, every time I give a call they have only answer "the allotment process is underway and the plot will be alloted very son". I smell something really fishy. got to hear that company is allotting plot to some new buyers at higher rates and has sidelined the real old buyers. Yes It's a time to initiate some legal action.

HAS ANYONE OPTED FOR THE PIYUSH GROUP OFFER OF MONEY RETURN - THEY ARE ASKING FOR ALL THE DOCUMENTS TO BE GIVEN IN ADVANCE AND GOD KNOWS WHEN THEY WILL PAY UP??

COULD ANY ONE HELP WITH DETAILS ON THIS PLEASE.

sir i'm also a victim of this i had also paid 4.5 lacs for the booking of the plot of 225 sq yards .whenever we ask them to come their office they told that they will send letter for next installment at your home no need to come here
everytime they told that after 2 months definately we'll send a letter for next installment
but no response from there side .they sold the plots to their new buyers at very much higher rates and they side lined their old buyers and they provide the flats to us at higher rates not on old rates and i'm suffering from this from last 4 years either they give flats at their old prices or they give plots to us

pls sir take some legal action

or tell us the procedure for registering the case against the company for this fraud case

hi i am planning to buy...what is the latest update on Piyush group.

If you want peace of mind in your life, don't buy any property from Piyus Group they are fraud group . They are pain in .

I own a plot at piyush city, bhiwadi for which all dues including Maintenance charges have been paid to them till date and No dues are pending towards the plot . Now I have also submitted DD for Rs.2, 96000/- towards registation and still the builder is not getting my plot registered in my name. though no basic amenities such as electricity, water, sewage treatment plant have not been provided at the site till date, i paid the maintenance charges so that this fraud piyush group does not get the opportunity to cancel the plot ...inspite of all this
they are demanding possession holding charges nearly Rs. 50, 000/- per plot from us, which is absolutely illegal and un ethical on their part .
I am now compelled to report the matter to
1. Economic offences wing, (crime branch Delhi Police )
Mandir marg police station complex
Near st. thomas church
new delhi and
2. The Commissioner of Delhi police, Police head quarters, New delhi

3. The Tijara court, bhiwadi for Registration of a criminal case against this builder
I have appointed Mr. Hitesh Kapoor, Advocate at the tijara court to represent me in this matter .

Already Mr. kapoor is handling such cases of builder frauds . He also owns a plot at piyush city, bhiwadi

Piyush Horizon - Delay in possession

We have purchased flat in Piyush Horizon in 2012 (on resale). As per agreement, possession date was in Dec 2014.

Now it's more than a year and piyush has not completed their project and construction is also stopped. But still they are asking for money from buyers.

Please let me know the status on this project.

I also had purchased a 3 bhk flat in piyush horizon, dharuhera, and have received no news till now. I have made the entire down payment for the same. If anyone has any update, kindly provide. The possession was supposed to be in 2014, and now the construction work has also stopped.
