I too have the same problem with this builder Piyush Group...
Once you invest with them, it then becomes your responsibility/headache to interact with them. I've got a flat in their piyush heights project. NEVER EVER in our long association of three years from the day we signed the builder buyer agreement, or from the time when the flat was booked, they have responded to my letters/emails. I've several issues much more important issues that I need to get resolved with them. I have grand plans for them...

Piyush group is very unproffessional, Paper work is very poor and they only contact when they want to chase for the payment of installment. I have booked in Piyush Mahindra Metropolitan project already paid 2 installment and they are asking for another installment without talking about buyers agreement. When you ask about buyers agreement they do not respond and only ask for money.
I don know when I will get my flat in piyush heights.I have taken the photograph of the buliding & I couldn't see any difference between 1&1/2 yrs before & today.When ever we gave an call to them they will say it will be completed within another 6 months, but i do know when the another 6 months will come to an end.
INCREASE IN EDC CHARGES : THIS INCREASE IS NOT JUSTIFIED BY THE PIYUST GROUP. WHY WE PAY THIS HUGE AMOUNT.THIS INCREASE IS TOTALLY UNJUSTIFIED. THIS PROJECT IS ALREADY TOO DELAY. HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO DELIVER THEM. NO ONE HAS TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.

How abt extended EDC...have u made this payment. I heard that there is some case filled in court and after judgement we have to decide.
