Respected sir,

I have the PLI Policy No APS- 405689-L that is matured on Jan 2010 and I received the amount from 1724 FPO, c/o 99 APO. Missamari (ASSAM). Then I posted to 506 ASC Bn Bareilly (UP) that is depend on 812 FPO, c/o 56 APO. I received Duplicate Copy LI-72 dated 18 Nov 2010 from my previous unit i.e.5104 ASC Bn, c/o 99 APO.

I write a letter to the post master, 1724 FPO, Pin 901724, letter No 23106/Pers dated 27 Dec 2010 & Letter to 993 FPO on 12 Dec 2011 but No any response reply.

Now I am SOS from Army on 31 Dec 2011 .

You are requested to send the balance amount to above mentioned address.
