[Resolved]  PNB — Amount not received from ATM But Deducted from My account

Dear Sir,

Myself Hitendra Rathore Having A/c No-[protected] at PNB Runkata Branch ,Agra.

sir ,I used union bank ATM (Ranjeet Road,Jamnagar, GJ) on 02/04/2009 for tranjection.But there was no cash found from ATM while amount Rs 5000 of my account was deducted.
Tranjection code of the recipt is DJMN[protected].

Sir,I have already sumitted my complaint BY CUSTOMER CARE CENTER for that matter And my complain ID[protected] on 22/07/2009.But there is no respond till now.

Pl. take necessary Action about that matter.
