[Resolved]  PNB — Net banking id not recieved

I applied for pnb net banking on 9th december 2008 and havn't recieved my id till now.When i ask the bank manager he just tells me to come on a later day each and every time.My account no. is [protected] and my account is in sector-27 branch in chandigarh.It would be grateful if someone could help me out.

your customer id is your net banking id.it is written on passbook.

I had withdrawn Rs. 15, 000/- on 28/07/09 thru my PNB Saving Bank Acct. No-[protected] thru PNB ATM vide TXN No-8592 (ATM Card No-[protected]) wherein the ATM machine yielded only Rs. 1, 000/-. The transaction slip also revealed Rs. 15, 000/- as withdrawn money.

I lodged complaint for short supply money by ATM with PNB Toll-free number [protected] on 01/08/2009 (Complaint No[protected] dated 01/08/2009) which responded undersigned to refund back Rs. 14, 000/- within 15 days after having due home-work from PNB side. Subsequently, there had been response even after lapse of 15 days and I have been repeatedly requesting my grievance to this toll-free number till date which finally advised me to contact over phone No[protected]PNB Delhi office, Complaint Cell).

I regret to inform that in spite of lapse of approx. 5 months period, no concrete step was taken by PNB authorities to sort out the matter.

I request your good office to look into the matter and resolve the long pending issue.

punjab national bank- debit card — I lost my money in internet payment

I was making payment to order britanica delux encyclopedia which costed 259 through an offer by microsoft windows genuine advantage. I was making payment through PNB payment gateway but the server of PNB was crashed in the middle and my money was lost when I saw the mini statement.
Two payments of Rs.7, 93, 371.00 and Rs.6, 53, 976.00 were made by the Western Railway favouring my Account No.[protected], and the UTR No.are [protected] T and [protected] T in its settlement date of 05/04/2010, but the same has neither been credited to my account nor returned to Western Railway. I have already made an e-mail to PNB GPO, mumbai branch for this delay in clearance but no satisfactory reply is received. Kindly do needful.
