[Resolved]  PNB — Wrong ATM debit

Dear sir,
1. I am holding a/c no-[protected] in Ambala Cantt branch of Punjab national Bank.
2. On 03 April 09, at 10:50 AM i tried to withdraw Rs 25000/- through atm
card no[protected] of PNB from the ATM o[censored]nion bank of India at
Hiranandani Branch at Mumbai. However the transaction
No-CWDR/DMUM0720/7712 was declined due to transaction time out reason. On
4th April 09 when i checked my Account in PNB bank branch at Bhandup,
Mumbai, the amount of RS 25000/- was shown as debited from the said ATM.
3. In view of above may i requested Punjab Natinal Bank to kindly credit Rs 25000/- back to
my account as soon as possible, as i am a salaried employ and this money
was my salary for the month of April.
4. I even lodged my complaint with [protected]@pnb.co.in and complaint cell of PNB but no acknowledgement have been recieved from the Bank even on 11 April. What do i Do next.

I have an account in Himachal Pradesh & now I am in Assam, so I want to transfer my account / apply for a new cheque / internat banking ID. Please suggest what to do.
i have withdraw Rs.600 from SBI ATM Machine Old Delhi Railway Station on 3-4-2009 . My ATM No is[protected] against A/C no-[protected] which of PNB Bank but they Dr. this Amt on my A/c Twice.
I have complaint about this mistake on my branch PNB Madhuban Chowk. But not action had been taken yet. Please cheack on about this mistake.

card no[protected] of PNB from the ATM of of India at
narayanagarh(haryana) Branch . However the transact was declined due to atm m/c problem. On 24th march 10 when i checked my Account in icici bank atm branch at narayanagarh (haryana), the amount of RS 10000/- was shown as debited from the said ATM. In view of above May i requested Punjab National Bank to kindly credit Rs 10000/- back tomy account as soon as possible, as i am a salaried employ.
I even asahked my complaint with complaint cell of PNB but no actions have been taken from the Bank even on 29 march. What do i Do next.

Student — wrong debit

Dear sir/Madam

I am PND customer.I did the transaction of 6000/- rs. from syndiacte bank ATM, delhi , I swapped the card there but it gave the error at that time. I have not received money at that time but in my bank account it is showing that my 6000/- rs. has been deducted from my account

I gave to PNB bank in writing but still I have not recieved my money back.
It has been approximately one and half month gone, It is a big
harassment to a customer. You are requested to return the money as
early as possible.

Punjab National Bank Sector 26 Chandigarh Branch — not realization of cheque

i have submitted a cheque of rs 50000 /- chandigarh cooperative bank sector 17 on 3rd april 2010 in this branch but till today no amount has been credited to my account on behalf of this i issue a cheque of 42000/- to satnam singh when contacted the branch they reply us that they just send this for clearing cheque of rs. 42000/- likely to bounce and he is pressurising me
SIR WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A SUCH MISTAKE CAN ANY BODY TELL ME

Please disable present Internet Txn. Password of my account no. [protected] ( SANTOSH KUMAR ) at the earliest so that no future transaction can be made by these hackers.

Please take proper legal action against these hackers / Thief based on my this complaint so that the recovery action can be taken to Credit my Account by this amount.

MY PENSION ACCOUNT NO. IS 004400-[protected] AND MY PPO A/C NO. IS [protected]. On 11th June 2010, at 19:17 PM, I tried to withdraw Rs2000/- through ATM card no[protected] of PNB from the ATM of HDFC Bank at Ashiana Bageecha, Bhiwadi, HDFC ATM ID-S1ACBI02.However, the transaction was declined due to system problem and when I have checked my Account, the amount of Rs 2000/- was shown as debited from the said ATM. I have sent several emails to the PNB complaint cell but i didn't got any response not reply from their end. Kindly intervene.

I have my saving account No. [protected] in PNB Rithani Meerut UP. I have a ATM Card No [protected] but this ATM Card is not working from issued date .I have been complaind many times to our branch but my problem is not solved out till date I complaint on costumer care on 3/7/2010 and my complaint no. is 31296904 but its not solved out till date urs cust. care exe. said ur ATM is not activated but the branch manager said that in our hand ur ATM Card has been activated
from the said ATM. It is, therefore, you are requested to solve this matter as soon as possible and give the necessary feedback.
I even lodged my complaint to The Manager PNB
This is ti inform you that i have my saving a/c in PNB civil lines branch with a/c no [protected] and debit card no[protected]. I had made an ATM debit transacion from same branch ATM machine as on 28/01/2010 at 11:55 am of rs 4000/- but same transaction not successful due to power cut at same time and i had not received any amount or slip fir that transaction but my a/c has been debited with same amount.

at same time i had made an complaint at PNB customer care and they told me to wait for 14 days to process refund. but after 14 days they told me to to ask from branch.
Than i had made an complaint for the same in branch to respective person (Mr. Abrol) about that and he told me to wait for 1 week. But after 1 week he told me to wait for 3 days more but after 3 days again told me to wait for 1 week. bcoz of so much delay in between I MADE AN COMPLAINT AT MAIN BRACH AT LUDHIANA TO MR G.P. SINGH ABOUT THAT. he also takes 1 week time but after after all proceeding i had got a response that YOUR TRANSACTION IS SUCCESSFUL THERE IS NO REFUND ON THAT.

SO PLS LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER IT SEEMS TO BE SOME FRAUD IN ALL PROCEEDINGS...

Bad and abusing Behaviour of Branch Manager Hapur Main branch. When I had gone to Hapur Main Branch of PNB to subbmit my Challan of Tax . Gaurd was not opening the door of the bank around 1:45 P.M and was saiying that this is the lunch time but the lunch time displayed on the notice board was 2 P:M. As it was urgent for me I made a request to guard that I want to meet the Branch Manager then he starded using abusing langauge saying that I will slap you. All these happening was seen by the Manager and he did come to settle the thing. Then again one of the staff came and started using abusing language along with the guard.
Was this the service provided by the bank. If yes then this is very shamefull.

I have my a/c in PNB malviya nagar branch New Delhi my a/c No. is [protected]. I made a transaction on 13-Jul-10 by using my ATM card in ING bank to withdraw Rs. 5000 but I did not get money and amount had beed deducted form my a/c. I made a complaint by phone. My complaint No. is 31822635 but I have not gotten my money till now.

Please do the needful.

My Account No Is [protected], Khatima Branch, Missing Amount is 2500, Date Of Missing 11.Jan.2010.

Sir As on 11 Jan2010 i am using both two Atm Machine for cash widrow form S.B.I. Khatima, First i have trying Machine 1st through TXN no- 1113 amount 2500 which was not received & reduce my account but after some time deposite same day in my account, but in 2 nd try by me on ATM first through TXN No- 1114, amount 2500 which was not received & reduce my account( those amount till dated i m not receved from bank in my account.

after some time i am using ATM 2 machine from same S.B.I. Khatima for widrown Rs2500 through TXN No- 2267 as same day which was also not received & reduce in my account, but after fue days dated 15.jan.2010 deposite in my account by bank, i m trying second time on ATM 2 of S.B.I. Khatima through TXN. No- 2285 for widrown Rs2500 as on 11 jan 2010 finally i have received cash Rs 2500 from this last Transiction.

2. On 04 March 11, at 18:44 PM i tried to withdraw Rs 1500/- through atm
card no-[protected] of PNB from the ATM of State Bank of India at
Sahara Estate MDI 20 at Lucknow . However the transaction
No-7456 was declined due to transaction time out reason. On
04 March 11 when i checked my Account in PNB bank branch at Chatta mile branch Lucknow, the amount of RS 1500/- was shown as debited from the said ATM.
3. In view of above may i requested Punjab Natinal Bank to kindly credit Rs 1500/- back to my account as soon as possible, as i am a salaried employ and this money
was my salary for the month of Feb2011.
4. I even lodged my complaint with [protected]@pnb.co.in and complaint cell of PNB andd complain number is 54343582 on dated 4-3-2011 but till date the transaction amount did not reach in my account .

PNB — Bank statement shows ATM withdrawal, but I have not done that

I am having PNB account. My bank statement shows an ATM withwrawal of 20,000 on a particular day but I have not done that. Also, I have my ATM card with me.

Please tell me what should be done in this case and will I get my money back?

2. On 12th june 2011, at 17:50 PM i tried to withdraw Rs 1000/- through atm
card no[protected] of PNB from the ATM of Punjab National bank at
Vinay Nagar Sector-01 Gwalior (M.P.). However the transaction
No[protected]ATM/CWDR/N232 was declined due to transaction time out reason. On
13TH June when i checked my Account in PNB bank mini statement, , the amount of RS 1000/- was shown as debited from the said ATM.
3. In view of above may i requested Punjab Natinal Bank to kindly credit Rs 1000/- back to
my account as soon as possible, as i am a salaried employee.
