PNB — Non Functioning of ATM

Sir
As you know that there is a ATM in Pahar Ganj Main Bazaar of your esteemed Bank but it is not functioning for the last week. I couldn't understand why did you installed that ATM while not in function. So don't waste money of yourself.
Therefore i request you to do the needful as early as possible.

maine nov 2010 ko state bank ke atm se 1000 nikal raha tha par woh bahar akar wapas meachine me chale gaye mujhe recieve nhi hue mai bahut p.n.b. ke customer care me bol chuka hu par woh har bar 15 se 30 din tak ka time de dete hain pls ap meri problem samjhe aur mera balance mujhe return dilwaye please my no. is [protected]

PNB — not cleared my cheque till date

respected sir/madam,
i want to inform you that i had put one cheque in my acct.on 29th of november 2011 at 11:00 am and till today that cheque is not cleared in my acct.and when i went to bank at geemkhana branch they said in one or two days it will be clear in your accont...
i was fed up with this behaviour of bank......
this is the worst speed i found in this bank
