[Resolved] PNB — deduction of amount from ATM | |||
Sir, I am a customer of PNB bank having account no. [protected], I have inserted my ATM card in the machine for withdraw Rs.10,000/- in a mobile van (HR37C-4063) having ID N2001400 on dated[protected], surprised when I received the SMS on my mobile for deduction of Rs.10,000/- while I have not received any amount from the ATM due to some problem in machine/server. Two persons of mobile van was also available at this time and they told that this amount will be debit in your account after some time. I lodged the complaint on toll free no. [protected] on dated 1-9-2012 when I have not received my amount. Now you are requested to take the action for refund of my amount as soon as possible. I shall be thankful to you.
