[Resolved] PNB — After Successful Online Amount Transfer amount not reflecting in bank a/c | |||
Dear Sir, I Manish Kumar, one of customer of Punjab National Bank a/c holder in Yamuna Vihar, Delhi branch where its IFSC Code is # PUNB0225600, But I am facing an problem related to my account as one company named M/s Kelly Services Pvt. Ltd. has transferred an amount of Rs.14,991 in my Punjab National Bank Saving A/c no.- [protected] online on dated # 04/Nov/11 but yet it’s not reflecting in my saving account even I have checked my ATM too many times, And when I confirmed with the donor M/s Kelly Services Pvt. Ltd they have given me an online transfer transaction ID # S[protected] also in respect of transfer of Rs. 14,991 in my saving bank a/c no. [protected], even they have not recieved failure report from PNB bank (if transucation was failed), and when I called at customer care no. # [protected] & also marked E-Mails to Bank Branch, PNB Genral Manager but all in vain, and I am suffering with the problem yet, So request you pls. help to resolve the problem.
