hello sir i am from AVINASH KUMAR i have open a acc([protected]) in PNB it gives me a master card -debit card.for online shoping i registered card in pnb electracard site for "3D secure service".after certain days i see that the service is deactivated on my card so i can not purchase online items what i ahve to do now ? i cal;l to customecre at [protected] they registered my complaint and tell me that service will re activated on my card in 3 days but it not activated i again call them and they again said me that it will activate in 48hrs .
i am also goin through the the same trauma, i hope they will do something or i'll have to take a legal action against PNB.

They said to wait for reset it after 24 hours. But it not workable.
There help support is too worst.

Forgot my pin no.
Ihave pnb atm card.My card no. [protected] andy account no.is[protected].So I can not access my account. Please send my pin no. on my email add. or issue me a new atm card.

I m from jaipur, Rajasthan.
My atm card got Detractive. So i cant use my online uses, and most of time i use my card online tck and recharge.
I called so many times to customer care. bt they didnt do anything...
They only said "we ll do it soon as posible"
bt i does'nt work..
So please help me in this..
