[Resolved]  PNB — cheque amount has not been credited since 5 months

With due respect i would Like to have a suggestion from You that what should a customer do whose cheque had been not credited from last five month where should he go to claim his cheque and branch officals are saying we dont know anything you do whatever u can......
i have deposited a cheque of Rs. 1727 in pnb SUJANPUR TIRA (HP)

NAME: LUCKY SHARMA
ACCOUNT NO: [protected]
CHEQUE NO.-200615 (STATE BANK OF BIKANER AND JAIPUR)
The CHeque was DEPOSITED ON 25th OF march 2011
since then i had regularly visited pnb branch for the same
but till date the amount has not been credited in my account and branch officals are now saying that we dont know whree he amount is and we are helpless and u do whatever u can we are not in the position to credit it in your account.
i have filed a complain in customer care complain no. 55920805.
i have also approached the circle head office but today when i asked them for the same they told me to contact the branch whre i deposited the money.
so sir/madam so what should i do now
