DD amount could not be credited

I deposit a DD no.908085 for rs 34000.00 in PNB ALMORA (Utterakhand) on17/01/2011.but it is regretted that such amount could not be credited in my saving a/c no. 0962001500017827 pnb almora till date.-------Rama Krishna mishra
