[Resolved]  PNB Nagra Jhansi — Amount did not come bank in account

Sir this is Tarun Kumar Agrawal I have a current account named Indian Institute of E Learning Mission (IIEL Mission) A/c No [protected] at your Branch Nagra, Prem Nagar Jhansi U.P. I have made a payment or Rs. 5000 to E Web Guru (Noida) using Internet payment using debit card facility dt.[protected]. after making all the process of payment it has gone fail and message was appear “Payment was not success” but my amount of Rs. 5000 has been debit (-) from my account while it is not reached at E Web Guru. i have gone to my branch to confirm it and the branch manage make me assure that my amount is in pool and it will come back in my account soon.
but after passing more then 15 days the amount did not come back in my account so i humbly request you plz give me back my amount of Rs 5000 which is in your pool. i will be thankful to you.
