This is for your kind notice that my father Late Jagdish Bharti A/c no. [protected] which is Pension a/c and operated from Punjab National Bank ,Deoria sadar station road.We have fulfilled all requirement as per instructions given by branch authority after my father's death for his last pension available in his a/c on 12 July 2012 but till now we don't get that fund from that particular bank,kindly do needful action as soon as possible.
