[Resolved]  Police Department — misuse of Power

At about 09.30 p.m the police authorities of Bazar Peth Police Station were called on their office phone number 2204167 informing them that illegal sand business is going on in the residential area on Ghas Bazar, Kalyan and a truck full of sand is emptied obstructing the road. They were also informed that the business of sand dredging in stopped as per law. One of the Police official came on the spot and after coming contacted the owner Zaki Khotal and and asked him to clear the job as they are receiving complaint and did not take any action against the wrong doer i.e Zaki Khotal.
