Police station - no response

Respected sir,madam,

my name is usha.i am working nokia india pvt ltd at kumbakonam.i went tour for vellankanni with my family. on the date of 12.6.2011 at the time of 7.00 am we bathing in sea at beach.
we have stay our bag , things at beach then my hand bag only theft. (things on my bag nokia e63 mobile,
motorola w230 mobile, nokia 1600, and two no of watches, silver kolusu 1pair,my two wheeler key, rs 2,500
cash, and my medicine)then i have complaint police station at vellankanni at the time i have try to my mobile number then attend thief and told to me suddenly i have take phone to police then this police have
not do the duty .then i have wrote complaint letter then this police have not file the FIR.pls immediately action this case.i have lose rs.30,000 things and my job,pls help me.
