[Resolved]  Reebok India — Poor quality shoes

Last sept 2007 i had purchased a pair of sports shoe from Reebok outlet M/s Shubhankar Apparels, Malviya Nagar Bhopal . The cost of the shoe was 6990/- I purchased on 50% dis. To my surprises the lower portion of the sole got detached after 6-7 wear. I gave it for repair and got it back in Jan 2008 . But again after 2-3 wear the lower portion of the sole got off completely and i had given it for replacement but they again got it repaired stateding the company has refused replacement. And the Name of Mr Amit Lumbay Ph Num [protected] was given by the dealer stating helplesness for replacement of the stock and i was asked to contact the company official for replacement.

kindly guide me how to get the stock replaced and how to approch the cosumer protection forum

Reebok — POOR QUALITY SHOE

Hi I bought Reebok shoes from Banglore and only in 6 mnths o[censored]sage they are in pathetic condition,

I live in Noida and now it has been 7 mnths that I bought the Shoes and they say now the warranty is over.

Please tell me how long is the Warranty for Reebok Shoes and how to go about it now.

i have got pair of shoes(code no-114019 size USA11) from Reebok, In orbit mall, Goregaon, Mumbai last year in october 08.now after just 6-7 months sole has come out n i am staying in surat.so i have complained here in surat branch.but they did not respond it properly.

i have to lodge a compliant about your retailers in nagpur (sadar) residency road
they had given us bad quality shoes in which defect occur in 1days and they not giving any feed back on my complaint.

My 6 month old Reeboks, just completely lost its soles on both the shoes, im very dissapointed and feel cheated...paying any amount for shoes which turn out to be such quality...I would recommend no one to buy Reebok shoes again. The entire shoe is good from all over, except just the soles very gradually started coming off as though they were stuck to the shoe with some cheap glue..!!!!!!!!!!!

i want job in bpo sector. it is good sector for face problems.

REEBOK SHOES.
It was in January end I went to meet Sales Executive of Tommy Hilfiger in Mall in Gurgaon, their I went & purchased Reebok Shoes, around a month back I noticed that
Upper leather is peeling off, I went to Reebok Show Room at 579-A, Model Town, Jalandhar City owned by Sardev Singh & Co, their Counter as well staff is very rough & rude, said you go to the show room of purchase, as this item is not in our inventory hence we can not entertain your claim.More over we can not forward the complaint. A branded product like Reebok having this type of franchise will get bad name to company, on web site I could not fine customer complaint Email/contact no.

I HAVE PURCHASED ONE PAIR OF REEBOK SHOES, FROM UR OUTLET CHAWLA CREATION, WARDHA ROAD, NAGPUR. VIDE BILL NO . 2516 DATE: 15/01/2011 FOR RS. 4549.
AFTER 3 MONTH OF PURCHASE I NOTICED THAT INNER FOAM WORK IS DAMAGED AND THE SHOE IS CAUSING IRRITATION WHILE USING, I HAVE COMPLAINED TO YOUR OUTLET BUT THEY HAVE REPLIED THAT THIS CANNOT BE REPALCED NOR REPAIRABLE.

i purchased a shoes on january 2011 during sale period..soon after wearing for 5-7 times the lower border of the shoes got tore.when i went to reebok outlet at manisquare outlet from where i purchased the shoes i was told repair and no replacement...such a response is not expected from such a reputated brand..

Reebok Shoes — Poor Quality / Franchise and company is not responding

I have purchased 1 pair of shoes for my daughter from "Reebok Exclusive Outlet" ( M/s Heena Enterprise) at Crystal Mall Rajkot with following details :

3) Amount : Rs. 1400/-
4) Bill Date : 30.12.2011

* On the very 1st day of wearing the shoes, my daughter found that the lower sole of the shoe had been isolated from the shoe upper !!
* She drew my attention to this and I consoled her not to worry as leading Brand like "Reebok" would definately look into this and do the needful
* When I contacted your store for complaining, store owner Mr. Anand Dave and Store Manager Mr. Vishal talked to me very rudely and unrespectful manner.
* They replied me that they have stamped on the bill that there is "No Garranty - No Warranty - No Exchange" in this product.
* At the time of purchase my daughter was not being instructed about this clause otherwise we could have avoided the purchase.
* Now, the subject outlet is not ready to hear our complain of the shoe which were torn apart on the very first use.
* On the contrary your store owner/manager is bluntly saying that if Iwant to complaint - I may approach the company !!
* This is not the way of behavior/communication or quality of a "Reebok Outlet"

I request you to look into the above matter genuinely and thoroughly and advise me what to do with this product ??

Dear Reebok Customer care Executive,

I, Col Sharad Paliwal, had purchased a pair of brown nubuck leather/suede sports shoes which lasted a total of 17 days.

The sole has come apart at various places and the shoe squeaks when i walk.

The shoes were purchased in Ranchi when i was on a visit there and now i cannot go back to ranchi to show them to the store where i had bought(im now in Gurgaon, Haryana).

I also have not saved the invoice/bill as i had not expected such poor quality after paying nearly Rs 7500/-.

Can the shoes be replaced in Gurgaon?

Please help or this is the last reebok shoe/product which i, my family or anyone close to me will ever purchase.
