Poor service
I purchased a N70M(Music Edition) Phone in Kodambakkam poorvika branch,at that time they offered a blue tooth head set with the mobile(not free),at the time of purchasing the blue tooth head set worked fine.But after one week,the blue tooth head set is not working properly.I went to the store and want to replace the blue tooth head set,but they denied top change that,why because this is an additional offer there is no warranty for this like that they told.After a big quarrel with the owner they changed the blue tooth head set...
I dont know about other branches in chennai,But beware of kodambakkam branch....

I purchased Nokia 5300 at Anna Nagar Poorvika on 21st March 2008. they charged Rs.6400/-. also they told us It is the Lowest price in Chennai.
The same day we checked her Website. The Price is Rs.6, 235/-. we checked other Mobile dealer the price is Rs.6200/- only.
So I come to know that they are cheating to the customers. Please check the price

BEWARE OF 'POOR'VIKA- PLS PLS PLS PLS PLS PLS DON GO TO POORVIKA
i bought a sanmsung g600 for 17200 rs, , , , , they first said me all the wrong features, , , they said the talk time is 6hours and actually it is 3.30hours only, , , they said thet if u download anything it ll nt affect the speed of mob but actually it takes 3 secs to open a pic...moreover they dnt hav any spare piec to show...thy attract customer by tellin all lies...thn suddenly the camera is nt wirkin thn i was asked to go to service centre, , , wen i went ther thy said tat the piece has manufacturin defedt, , , , , thn i came to knw tat thy said all lies just to push up the product, , , , , , , , pls pls pls don go to poorvika

i purchased n2600 at poorvika purasaiwakkam a day after handsfree was not working when i asked them they told me to contact Nokia showroom @ annasalai but at time of selling they promising us that they are the only Shopers provide all warranty & Services & not like others .So i ask others not to buy Any mobiles @ Poorvika they talk as honey until Selling after u come to know they are Poison.
Asso they ( Sales men & Women @ Purasaiwalkkam )mis propagating that Saravana Stores, Jainsons & Viveks r all selling Duplicate Mobile without EMI Nos

I bought Sony Ericsson W302i mobile in Tiruvanmiyur Poorvika mobile shop at December 20, 2008. Atfirst, i asked them that there is any offers they are providing for Newyear & Christmas. They told like they are giving only wristwatch and 40% off for any accessories. But now they are offering lot of prizes for newyear! Why they dint they tell me at first. R they showing the business tactise? I called them they told like i am eligible to get the CALENDER only! They are cheating the people who are wish to come to buy mobile! Dont buy your mobiles in Poorvika mobiles.

i thought of going to POORVIKA to buy a mobile. seeing these cpmments I am in a dilema whether to go ahead or pend my decission forbsome time..in my personal opinion dealers are like " BIRD'S OF THE SAME FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER"

Hi All,
I had purchased new Sony Ericsson R306 model [Poorvika Mobile world, Kanchipuram, Tamil nadu]. They made advertisement of R306 model get one I Pod free given by Poorvika Mobile world on 14-Feb-09. But I went to that shop and enquired about this cell. Original mobile price is 3900. They said 5500. They said extra price on that free I Pod [1600 extra]. I am really shocked finally I asked to show the I Pod [means only APPLE] but they shown the Zebronics make MP3 player. They are lying with some other reasons. I don’t why this people are cheating with advertisement. There is no proper control of this kind of advertisement.
MAJOR ONE IS AFTER ONE DAY MOBILE PHONE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY IT DISPLAY FULL OF WHITE DISPLAY. I DON’T THIS IS ORIGINAL PIECE OR NOT. I SUGEST EVERY ONE BETTER TO BUY AUTHORISED DEALER ONLY.

I purchased a htc mobile phone from poorvika, when i started having problems with the phone about 2 weeks after purchasing, i was directed to go to a htc service center. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT??? If i bought the phone a year previous or maybe even a month previous, maybe then its fine, but 2 weeks. That type of behavior drives me crazy... Nobody in that location was of any help, they had no idea what to do!!! What type of people does Poorvika have working from them? All the employees did was laugh, as that made me even more angry because i am a Indian, but was raised abroad and do not speak any languages native to india. I am heading back to chennai in a few days, and when i get there i have some more issues with the phone. I am thinking that they have been given phones that are either damaged and they have had them fixed or they have been returned due to manufacturer defects. I think they are " fake phones" but am not sure. Well either way, nobody i know, will be going to get their phones from there.

I purchased a mobile 8 months back fro poorvika AVADI, of course it is a nokia basic model
before 5 days I went to repair a small fault . "0" which was not coming properly.
They took my mobile inside I was satanding there to see and to know actually which part they are going to replace. but some body insisting again and again to another CLOSED THE DOOR . The costumer should not come to know what is happening really . Yes i got my mobile repaired.
but whether they have repalced any other good working parts who can say.????
and for the service no bill . I dont understand what is the logic behiend.

I purchased a mobile battery BX40 for Moto V8 mobile for Rs.575 from Poorvika mobile shop at Poonamallee High Road near Aircell building on 2nd May 2009. On checking it was found that the battery sold to me for Rs.575 was a defective one. Next day I was to leave for Ahmedabad by morning flight and hence I could not fire them.
It may be concluded that Poorvika is simply a full of cheaters.

Poorvika is the most stupid mobile company you can ever land yourself into. I had a worst experience from them recently. We bought around 7 nokia handsets for our company. First they came running to the company immediately after placing the order. The next day the same guy who gave us the mobiles came back and said he was supposed to get back all the mobiles which confused us. we called our boss and he said he dint know anything about it. So just incase we all packed the mobiles with chrgers and everything. Then that guy said sorry sir i came here by mistake i was supposed to go to sum other address. We all got very much irritated and asked him y cant u clarify and come. He replied that you all look like dignified people why are shouting at me?? He started blabbering that his father s a lawyer and so dont mess with me. Sounded like a fool. When called up poorvika the said said sorry abt inconvenience nd kept the fone. If they get an order they come running behind us and aftr that they dnt even care.
POORVIKA IS REALLY THE MOST STUPID PLACE TO BUY A MOBILE. PLZ GET URSELF A MOBILE FROM ANYOTHER CUSTOMER FRIENDLY DEALER!!!

Yes, i had very bad experience with Poorvika, Velechery (chennai).
I bought a Aircel Sim and the time i purchase i told them to charge this. They said it will be top-up only after activation, after waiting for 2-3 days it was not activated.when go to some other place they told me u have to recharge witing 24 Hr to activate the sim but the sales man at Poorvika were not aware about that.

I called their customer service that comes in the website. They have rude people answering the phone and hang up without any courtesy.
They are the poorest in Customer Satisfaction or having good quality sales person..
He gave me a cell number of the shop in arumbakkam and it was not reachable..
When I called the customer service, he says 'Just keep trying for another hour'. And Hung up.
