[Resolved]  Positive Point Mohali — Money and passport not returned by Travel Agent

There is a travel agent in Mohali, sec 70. His name is Gavy and he is director of positive point immigration. He is a fraud agent. He gave me a visa for cyprus and air ticket. This was the entry permit for three months but he promised me to given me a work permit after reaching to cyprus. Also he claimed that my monthly sallary would be 45000/- INR. And he taken 1.65 lac for this from me. We are 6 people who took this entry permit and given him 1.65 lac per head. After this he gave us the air tickets which were of 4th june, 2012. But on 3rd june he cancelled all the tickets. Now I realised that he gave us the fake visa and taken big amount of money for that. Now he is not returning my money and also my passport which were taken from me for visa. What will i do now to get back my money and passport.
