Non-receipt of Express Money Order
A Express Money Order was sent vide Receipt No.075 dated 4.8.2008 for Rs.180/- from Mannathala Post Office, Trivandrum in my name at the following address: HARI PRAKASH, C-469 Mahavir Enclave Pt.III, Gali No.44, New Delhi-110059 but till date I have not received the same. Please look into the matter.

I am living at J-4, HaMDARD NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110062.
I am sorry to bring this matter that not only me but all the residents of the Hamdard Nagar are not getting their mail at their residential address. The post man dump all the letters of the residents at the main gate of the Jamia Hamdard Office. It creates very inconvenient to the residents. Some time the children get their admit card after expiry of theexam. date.
Thus You are requested to kindly look into the matter and take measure to deliver our letters at our residential i.e. given address positively.

But sorry to inform you that till date the aforesaid amount not yet paid to the payee. Please look into the matter.

Sir, I hv sent money order through sector 15, faridabad(HARYANA) post office in the name of Rishu Chopra residing at Patiala(Punjab) on 20th February 2009.The money was for Rs.1100/-.The number of receipt is--039268090220000013.The money has not been received till date.Kindly do the need ful .

Dear Sir,
A mail through registered letter no. 2317 dated 21.5.09 containing a demand draft for Rs. 113068/- were sent to The Coordinator, IGNOU Study Centre, MBM Engineering College, Jhodpur. But till date the same registered letter could not reached to the destination which causes great inconvienience to the staff their for their payment.
Kindly look into the matter seriously and inform us immediately the status of the same mail, as the centre is pressing hard for duplicate demand draft.

Non receipt of parcel (750 gms digital camera) sent through Saudi POST EMS (Express Mail Service) Airway Bill # EE158360787SA dated 15 JUNE 2009.
As per Saudi Post EMS (Express Mail Service) the parcel should reach in India 4 days guaranteed delivery. My brother (Prakash Shetty) in India everyday checking in the post office (Katipalla & Soorinje, Mangalore) but till today 18 JULY 2009 no success. After following up with Mumbai Speed Post office they send fax to me on 8 July 2009 replying that the item arrived at Mumbai on 19 JUNE 2009 and sent to delivery office and then to Bangalore on the same day.
I am following up this matter with Bangalore speed post office and their customs deaprtment. Now Speed post Bangalore replying this item is forwarded to katipalla on 8th July 2009.
Do you think this is express service there is no track record even after many follow-ups. Please replace in your department irresponsible staff and give the chance to work for the young active people.
Please look in to this matter without further delay and expecting the positive reply.

My father, late Shri Sudershan Singh Khanna, had deposited some amount in MIS Accounts in your post office for a period of six years. Being the only son, I was declared nominee by my father in the above MIS. Unfortunately, my father died on 24th February 2002.
The original papers were missing during a robbery at my house on 3rd October 2003 I had already registered FIR No.299 dated 2003) The details of the RDs are as under:-

Sub: Complaint against Smt Baby, Lady Peon of Ichhapur Nawabganj Post Office, 743144, deputed at Ichhapur Ramchandra Path, Near 20 No Rail Gate under the jurisdiction of Ichhapur Nawabganj Post Office, 743144, 24 Pgs(N), W.B, India..
Sir/Madam,
With deep regret, I like to bring to your notice the following facts for taking legal action:
That on 28.10.2010, Smt Baby (Tittle: not known), Lady Peon of Ichhapur- Nawabganj Post Office, Pin 743144, 24 Pgs(N), W.B., India refused to deliver my Registered with A/D Letter to my mother in spite of her request and on production of Authorization Letter which has duly been attested by the said Lady Peon and ordered to collect the same from the Nawabganj Post Office.
On 30.10.2010, I compelled to collect the said letter from Nawabganj Post office and again requested her to deliver my letter to my mother as authorization letter is lying with my mother but she advised me to type out a new authorization letter and specimen signature of authorized persons will have to be attested in her presence at my residence, but till date she has not come to complete the formalities.
On 27.7.2009, the said lady peon had taken back a registered letter without delivering the same in spite of requests of my mother and even on production of authorization letter on my behalf and on the next day i.e. on 28.7.09, the undersigned went to collect the said registered letter from Nawabganj post office but the lady peon was not available from 9 AM to 10 AM and even she has not come to deliver the said Registered Letter for 2nd time since 28.7.2009 and for which a complaint has lodged to the concerned post Master & sent through courier vide letter dated 2.10.2010 and acknowledged by them but neither any action has taken nor feel any courtesy to reply for the same by the Post Master of the Nawabganj Post Office..
In past also she had not delivered Registered Letter which had been verbally reported to the Post Master of Nawabganj Post Office but no action has been taken from their end.
May I request you to take appropriate action against such Lady Peon and the Post Master in this regard.

Dear Sir, Several complaints have been made to the Janakpuri Post Office and the Sr. Supdt. of Post Offices, West Zone, Naraina, New Delhi-110028, regarding non-payment of V.P.M.O. for the last 3 years. But not a single claim has been settled by the Post Office so far, nor any reply has been given to us by the Department. Before, we file a complaint in the Consumer Court, you are requested to react in the matter. The first claim or complaint was made on 24th May, 2004 and the latest reminder complaining for non receipt was made on 12.2.2010. Many reminders did not yield any result. Please advise us sin the matter immediately.

Sir I sent a emo on 24.07.12 from Birpara P. O. vide emopnr No 142516120724002241 to Darjeeling in the name of Shefali Agarwal. Through Tracking I came to know that it has reached the destination office on the 27.08.12 and in spite of that it is yet to be delivered to the concerned person. In fact a messenger was sent to the office but the delivery man was absent. May I know how many more days shall it take to deliver a small amount of Rs 500.
