Non receipt of Post

sir,

My Post sent from USA on 12/7/2012 and it was already sent from New York ( USA ) on 13/7/2012.
But till day it has not delivered to me. The Post which is important Documents for me.

Receipt No. EG788159178US Dated 12/7/2012 of IPS
