[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance — non payment of matured insurance policy amount

Dear sir, I am Hony Capt M.Govindaraj (ex.army).My PLI Policy No.APS-860509-L, is being matured and the date of maturity is[protected]. It is mentioned in the PLI policy, the final payment of premium upto July -2013. Now the department has recovered premium upto July-2013. SO FAR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MATURITY AMOUNT EVEN AFTER SUBMITTING THE RECOVERY CERTIFICATES on[protected] at Chittoor (AP) Head post Office.and the same are forwarded to Hyderabad for earlier payment. It is requested to kindly intimate the further mode of recovery of the premium, which is being the policy matured during the month of August 2013.In this regard I am seeking early reply for further mode of claim/ payment etc..
