[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance — NOT ISSUE OF DUPLICATE PASSBOOK

Postal Life Insurance — i did not received premium submission pass book

i retired from indian navy in 31 jul 2008 and i was having PLI from post office in cochin at rate Rs. 158.00 per month which was deducted from my salary when i was in service but after retirement i apparched post office for preimum sbmission they told that u have to write a letter for pass book. i wrote letter in aug 2008 with my last salary withdraw and also contacted at toll number . but till now i did not received my pass book and policy is lapse due to their fault of sending me pass book. when i contacted their despatch they told that pass book has been sent to your add. till now i did not.

please help me come out it

I HAVE PAID LOAN A/C NO 1861 DT 12 DEC 2007 OF RS 50, 000/- WITH INTEREST. I HAVE SEND PASSBOOK AND ALL RECEIPT VIDE LETTER NO 1699/PLI/FPO DT 22 DEC 2011.I HAVE NOT RECD MY ORIGINAL PLI BOND TILL DATE.
