[Resolved]  POSTPAID MOBILE — faulty bills

i am the bsnl post paid subscriber bearing mobile no. [protected] NE-II cicle. i had many times complined to customercare for cancellation of hello tunesand many times replied that this service had been cancelled for my phone since march 2009. But all the bills comes to be with PRBT usage charges. personally also complied to Accounts officer BSNL Kohima (Nagaland) for recification of the bills. but this is not yet done.
further, dtails of calls made my me during month had also requested to endorse me along with the bills. This also the office is not doing. Though i am maintaining a call log of calls from my phone, non-endorsement of details of calls make it difficult to identify ficticious calls charged against me/excess billing etc
Therefore i requests to address above two problems immediately and sent a note of confirmation .
