[Resolved]  POSTPAID MOBILE — Not depositing complete amount of payment made

Dear Sir;

You have one Vodafone store at following address:

Dolphin Communication
A-11,12, Radha Krishan Villa Complex,
Nr. Jaymala Bus Stop, 132 Ft. Ring Road,
Isanpur, Ahmedabad - 382 443

in this store every time when i go for payment of my bill their executives are coming up with one or other problem and asking me to go to some other shop for payment and if at all they collect the payment of bill they will perpose fully make the mistake in entering the payment in to your system. Today i have forced them to collect the payment of my bill amount Rs. 1237/- ([protected]) they said they don't have Rs. 3/- change with them and ask me to come up with Rs. 7/- change then and then they collect the payment. i went back and come up with Rs. 6/- change and paid Rs. 1236/- i have the same amount of receipt. I asked that executive to enter the payment in to the system he said we will enter it as per our convinency and when i got the SMS from Vodafone system i came to know that they have perpose fully entered Rs. 1230/- only in to the system. When i gave a call on there landline no.[protected] they kept me on hold for 4 minutes and no body turnup on phone after picking it up.

I am humbly requesting you to kindly look in to the matter and do the needful at the earliest because, i am not only probably many of Vodafone users are sufurring from there misconduct.
