I wanted to bring to notice of everyone who are planning to buy new flats, Please dont consider "Prabhavati Builders" as an option.
They are one of worst builders.
The time till you register any flat with them, they treat you like masters and once that is done you are their Slaves.

Some of the best features are:
--Only for getting the money/releasing the loan amount they will contact you
--Even if you say of some alterations, they will not do it for you
--They will take their own time in construction, and never give you the flat in the time as mentioned in your sale agreement
--They dont respect the customers and their sentiments
--Initially they will say that there will be 4 floors in the aprtment and then increase that to any number which will further delay your possession
--If you ask about any compensation for the delay, they will ask us to ignore that

I was promised that the flat will be ready before 6 months, and till now they havent completed it.
I kindly request you not to go with any projects constructed by "Prabhavati Builders" bangalore

Prabhavathi Builders & Developers Customer Care's response We have spoken to the customer and we have discussed the issue. After the discussion we have also made arrangement for the alteration that was requested by the customer. We have also showed the customer that there is no deviation and we have provided all the authority legal document to the customer. The customer has agreed and the issue is now resolved.

I have seen a project named Prbhavathi heaven in Vijaya bank layout, btm 4th
stage which is very close to nice intersection. I am pleased to say that I love
that location specially because of home automation and internal courtyards. All
the documents are clear enough to say that the property will fetch more in
property value since it is close to proposed to metro station. I feel blessed
to see this beautiful Apartmaent project in wonderful location.

My flat possession has been delayed by 3 months, but this is common amongst builders so not a biggy. Apart from that my queries are attended, the staff are kind and coordinate well.

The flats are really affordable, compared their price with other builders and without second thoughts made them the payment. I have seen about 15-20% appreciation so far.

HI Guys

I booked a Flat in Prabhavathi Spring Fields in 2013 October.They promised possession by 26 Months but when i checked the progress they haven even completed 50%.
Worst Builder. Don't buy and suggest others not to buy from the builder.

Hi Friends,

Please do not buy from Prabhavathi Builders.

I have booked a flat from Prabhavathi Builders on 29.09.2014.
Due to some reasons i cancelled the booking on 10.10.2014.
today is 04.01.2016. Till now i havent got my booking amount back.
Thanks to god that i had all proofs xeroxed with me. But of no use. Still i am visiting Prabhavathi Builders weekly once for my booking amount. But they continuously playing with me and avoiding my visit. In these 14 months, only one time they allowed me to meet in their office. Rest all times they used to send me back from receiption itself.
Even the reception people are so intelligent that they denied to give email ID or phone number of higher officals for escalation purpose.

I hope that somebody will see this message and drop buying flat from Prabhavathi Builders.

Can anybody help me out for my project in crystal-2 kodihalli

i had booked the flat in feb 2015 and since then i am paying an emi of rs 47, 000 to akshaynagar branch along my rent of 20, 000 and my car loan of 10, 000

they had assured that they will hand over our apartment in june 2015 and now its has been sept 2016

no one responds to the calls or mails and if they do they say wait work will start on august 15, 2016 then it became septemer 15th and now they are telling that they will recruit new employees and start from october 2016.

We believed the builder, legal advisor & bank and we have already paid 1 lac+ 48.5 lacs of loan and i doubt of bbmp, bwssb & bescom sanctions whether its cleared or not.

We always had keys available at site as we had done bit of interiors too but now keys are missing landowner says its with builder supervisor told that its with landowner and we are struck inbetween.

You make money but not by foolong others please come forward sort your issues complete crystal works and handover our project.We are all middle class people whatever we had you ate and now bank is eating and finally we will be on roads if things goes like this.

I just have no idea, if somebody can guide us or help us out.
