A man named SATPAL comes to deliver gas Cylinder FROM Prakash Bharat Gas,office-23,Naveen park,Sahibabad,Ghaziabad(up), then i took my spring balance to wt cylinder and it found less than 30kg(16kg cylinder + 14kg gas)its only 26kg but he made some disturbance in balance and try to show it 30kg and starts a dispute that it is correct your balance has some mistake and gone.I again weight it but it is just 26kg.
