We are consumers of Bharat Gas(consumer no 45675) for 8 years. We were very much happy with the service of Bharat Gas till recently when Prateek Gas Agency became our new distributors. We had booked our last cylinder on sept 9(booking no 5097). Inspite of repeated reminder our cylinder was delivered on 1st week of october. Today (13-10-08) our cylinder got over and when i called for booking cylinder they asked me to call them after 09 days as there shoud be a certain time period between delivery and booking. But actually we had booked the previous cylinder on sept 9th and it was completely their fault that they had delivered it so late. Please take necessary actions to ensure that such inconvenience is not caused to consumers.

Delay in Delivery and non-response to phone calls made - Prateek Gas Agency

I am consumer of Bharath Petroleum(Gas) from past 30 years. From past 6 months Prateek Gas agency has been delaying in delivering the gas cylinder and improper response for the enquirers made on the phone. They use improper language while talking to the customers.

Extra Delivery charges - Prateek Gas Agency

Prateek gas agency delivery boys always charge extra Rs. 20/- for Delivery, nobody restric them even Gas agency many time complaints ,nothing et happned
