Non-acceptance of booking and late delivery
We are consumers of Bharat Gas(consumer no 45675) for 8 years. We were very much happy with the service of Bharat Gas till recently when Prateek Gas Agency became our new distributors. We had booked our last cylinder on sept 9(booking no 5097). Inspite of repeated reminder our cylinder was delivered on 1st week of october. Today (13-10-08) our cylinder got over and when i called for booking cylinder they asked me to call them after 09 days as there shoud be a certain time period between delivery and booking. But actually we had booked the previous cylinder on sept 9th and it was completely their fault that they had delivered it so late. Please take necessary actions to ensure that such inconvenience is not caused to consumers.
