Prepaid — Abrupt disconnection - Huge bills

I was using prepaid number "[protected]" during 2008. In the month of July 2009 Vodafone sent me bill for Rs.11000/-. I questioned the bill and did not pay it. Since then the company started humiliating me into paying the said amount. I had series of correspondence by way of emails with Vodafone Officials and in one of the mails their Official admitted a lapse on their part but asked me to clear the dues saying that corrective steps will be taken. In between I asked for a clarification for extension of "Value Added Services" the circumstances under which the same is granted and whether subscriber's explicit consent was taken or not. There has been no explanation/clarification forthcoming for this query and on the contrary all sorts of illegal acts are indulged in by the reps of Vodafone. As and by way of example today only I received call from one lady claiming to be Manisha mobile number [protected] and telling me that a warrant of arrest has been issued by Bhoiwada Magistrate Court. Since I was in meeting with my boss I could not speak in detail and when I was free I tried toc all the said number and the lady answered that there was no Manisha on this number.
