dear sir, am dinesh from erode district.. recently airtel prepaid has introduced an offer for the existing and new activation customers in erode district.the offer is we can add any network number as an add offer the call charges will be 0.20ps/min with no monthly rental.this offer also advertised in local cable tv channel(king TV).and i send an request from this number([protected]) as followed format EADD [protected] and [protected] to 202 on 25th June and i got the reply message as(pls note, add-on facility can be activated only after 48 hours from the time of activation by sending sms - EADD <CHILD NO> TO 202 applicable for selected customers... then i call to customer care to clarify whether my request had been received or not but i did not get any good and clear response...so what to with this response ...why they r cheating like this?i request u to kindly checkout and give me the information thank you regards dineshkumar.S Was this information helpful? | |
