i m alok from warangal (a.p.) I hae comolain to vodafone. i have one no. with FNF plan but i don't know why sometime vodaphone cut more charge & if i call to customer care they also not able to give right responce .vodafone have a rough customer service in (a.p.) india. customer care person also don't know propely about vodafone plan. i want to know the solution in which way they return my balance which they unnessasary cut. another best option is indian coustmer forum. my compliant is against airtel service for not providing the FnD service to me. i send the sms on 1- april 2008 and they have given us the 48 hours for the activation of the service but till the service has not been provided to me as i have writen at least 9 compliants in the airtel customer care service centre.
