I Brajesh kumar singh inform that u .i am purchase a idea sim number is (9576751572) .i am lost my sim . the idea number is issue on my name.so i talk to gaurav kumar regarding issue of duplicate sim .But his behaviour is very rude ,He say to me i am not sitting here for social work you may go now anywhere and purchase another company sim.Its not a customer relationship management .I am say again and again his behaviour is not good.he behave like a rude person .he behave like all in all in the company.

That time i am in patna due to my grandfather death.I am working as senior software eng in gurgaon.I am also doing mba from IIFT delhi.If gaurav kumar is mba prof its behaviour is not match to his job.
