Prepaid Recharge — reversal of wrong recharge | |
Respected sir, I, sudhir ugale, prop. Bharat enterprises, panchavati, nasik - 422003. Have retailer ship of airtel, & lapu card no. [protected]. On 9th dec. 2009. There was two wrong recharges from my lapu card. I enquired at call-centre about that wrong r/cs those people asked me send to sms for reversal. After sending sms i recieved reversal id[protected] &[protected] for amt rs.100/- & rs.30/- for mob. No. [protected] & [protected]. Further told me that the said amt will be transfered to your distributor.& hewill transfer to ur a/c. Many times i asked to representetive of dist. About the same issue but he tells me that till the date we haven't recieved the same reversals. What is the matter i am unable to understand? The dist name is m/s. Pravin cellular. I am jignesh. This morning I did successful recharge transaction with Paytm of 150 rs. By mistake I did recharge on wrong number. I also contact to Paytm for reverse the transaction but they replay negative and told me to contact your operators.

i recharged a wrong number...of 1000 vie freecharge...now frecharge is saying we can not do any thing for successful transaction and mts operator saying only retailer can reverse recharge. help me because amount is 1000. my contect no is [protected]
I am s m pathan. Yesterday I did recharge with Paytm of 404 rs. By mistake I did recharge on wrong number. I also contact to Paytm for reverse the transaction but they replay negative and told me to contact your operators. My operator Idea customer care said it's not done in any request. You told to wrong number of person and recover from. Please do the needful.

I also contact to custemer care for reverse the transection or tranfer the transection on my idea no buy they refuse and said i cant help in this case. I have recharged my mobile on 22 january 2018 with 48 rs by mobile balance after recharge mobile i called vodafone customber care([protected]) executive told me - after 1 hour we will return your balance.
I have checked my balance 23rd january 2018. vodafone cant return my payment than I called again. Executive told me with in 24 hour vodafone return your balance.
Today I have check my balance by not send by vodafone.

My name is Amrpal. Sri Satguru Communication is the name of my shop. My flexi No - is [protected].My shop is in Moradabad. Rupis's strength rose to 3, 600 recharges wrong to me by mistake. Airtel Employees and any help that is not my type(TSM-ZSM).Moradabad Distibiuter ( Gaurav Enterprises) not help me any that do. I rely heavily on Airtel. And I hope that my money will be back soon.
