[Resolved] Prestige Smart Kitchen — Customer service / response | |||
Dear sir, I purchased Prestige cooker (Deluxe Plus) from Prestige Show room at Coimabtore , (Ramanathapuram Branch) on 09/09/2010. Within a year , Induction bottom was damaged ( peal off from the base). We complained the same to the showroom on 28/09/2011 with complaint no. 119. But till now I have not received any feedback from them. When I asked them, their reply is that " They are not responsible for this action only people at Bangalore branch has to reply" and they are shouting like anything. Their service and behaviour to customer is very worst and till now no reply from their end. Kinldy do the needful. Sridevi, Coimbatore. Was this information helpful? | |||
