[Resolved]  Professional Courier — bad/no delivery

I sent some documents and a DD for the Exam/Registration fees which is worth of Rs 20000.00. Ref No: BLR31680239. This was sent on 19th Dec 2007 from Bangalore to Pilani, Rajashthan. Unfortunately it didn't reach there and because of that I lost one year in the course as well. When I enquired the Professional Courier (location: Jp nagar, Bangalore, near Ragighutta) he said that it was returned but he didn't give the envelope back to me. He said he couldn't find it in his office.

Please help me how I can proceed with action for the heavy loss that Professional courier made to me. He is not responding too.
