non delivery of courier letter

sir,
i k hombaiah sent one letter on 8 sept 2008 to bangalore through professional courier still it is not deliverd to the adresse i have written complete address with telephone no.it contains a very important document .the professional courier address is Ruby tourist home payyanur kannur dist kerala 670307.
the courier no is 1058726.i kindly request you to take necessary action at the earlist please.my telephone no is 9446071347

one confidential was sent by Canara Bank, Bagalore vide Docket No. 405828006 on 15/01/2008 which was not received till date.
Despite of several reminders to your all e-mail ids at Bangalore as well Kolkata no positive reply received
against the Docket. Also, Kolkata E-mail id CCUWB is not working and their phone nos. appeared in the
Net is wrong.

Being a reputed courier service, the said document was not received since 15/01/2009 and self is suffering a lot due to non-availability of the documents.

Your immediate action will require to solve this problem.

Subject: Money RS:500 missing, which was sent along with the dress in the Courier.

I am depressed to say that the money which was sent yesterday to my sister from(YELAGIRI HILLS --> COIMBATORE) along with the dress in the Courier is missing.Today my sister have received courier packed with dress but the money which was kept inside the dress is missing.

Please help in this as quick as possible.
