Professional Courier — cheated

sir/madam
i shipped one product from professional courier and someone just opened my parcel and tried to send it after repacking it but the party refused the parcel as it was weight less.
it came back to me and same even i can feel i did a complaint to them before a month ago but not getting any possible results from them.
i even called the customer relationship manager Mr. Umesh who said me to forward the bill and would take around 15days to process but still now no results.
Whenever i tried to call him he is not responding my calls.
i would be very helpful if you can help me out .

details of my shipment was BLR[protected]
It was returned back to me as was not accepted due to missing item.
iam even attaching the before shipment photos and after i got back i took pics .
