[Resolved]  Professional Courier — Delay in delivery

The professional courier delivery service in Hyderabad is in a pathetic state and inspite of complaining multiple times earlier, there hasn't been any action. A courier was sent from Nagercoil, Tamilnadu and the consignment number is NGL131486. As per the online tracking this is taken for dispatch on 23rd and still not delivered at the address. When we call to their helpline they are not able to track the status and provide us with a conviencing answer.

I ASHOK KUMAR AWASTHY ADVOCATE OF LUCKNOW A DOC WAS BOOKED FROM MUMBAI ON 12.04.2012, REACHED TO LUCKNOW ON 14.04,2012 BUT DELIVERED TO ME ON 23.04.2012 THERE IS NO RESPONSE OF MY COMPLAINTS.

Very poor service and without cross checking the address by the Phone, they returned back the courier mentioning "PARTY SHIFTED"

No Proper Feedback for the Customers regarding the Package.

I had sent a courier to Gomti nagar lucknow from Muzaffarpur on 24th of August 2012 through proffesional courier. When the courier not reached on time I tried to track it iowth the docket no on receipt but it showed invalid. I could not get the support in tracking my courier from the local vedor too. Later I learned that the courier reached on 30th og August due to which my papers could not reach in time to the desired detination causing me a loss of Rs.2000/ plus the mental harassment. This is just to bring to the notice of the managemnt of professional courier to improve the service and control of their irresponsible staff sits in Mumbai and Nagpur. We unfortunately directed our counter part at Bangalore to send a consignment through pfofessional courier and they booked the same on 4/7/2013 vide their docket No.BLR[protected] . Material received to their Nagpur office on 07/07/2013 as per the tracking and information available from their office when contacted . We had been getting a communication that material is carried by their delivery boy to deliver the same .Till date(13/07/2013) even after 6 days they have not delivered the material and when contacted today all their staff were shouting at me to suppress their mistakes in delaying the consignment. This kind of irresponsible behaviour kill Indian companies and companies from out side enjay the business because of this irresponsible staff of Indian companies. i belive Professional courier is an Indian Company.. If this help the management to improve their service I will be the happiest person. People (Managemnet & working staff) should know the reason for booking the consignment for getting a fast delivery to provide fast & better service to respective clients. This is defeated by campanies like professional courier after charging like other international operators...
