[Resolved] Professional Couriers — missing articles in courier | |
2 covers with numbers ATP 0080038 and ATP 0080039 sent in name of Dr.N Venkata Krishna each weighing 1 kg from ananthpur to Wanaparthy on 5-3 05 with declared value of Rs.1000 each.On receiving the weight of covers was 0.5 kg each.Both the covers contained sarees.One saree was missing from each cover. Once i inform to Professinal couriers in wanaparthy and Ananthpur they say that they would trace and give our articles back.But they feel no way responsible about it even after 2 days of complaint.i wish professional couriers would look into it and send my lost articles back Was this information helpful? | |

The same incident happen with me...i have asked my relative to send one scarf from u.s which was for $30 indian rupees(1500)delivered at pune address, from there one of my friend again couriered it to me from pune to bangalore and when i received the parcel the content was missing in the parcel..its really disgusting and annoying that you pay these courier services for service and they do not bother about the crime they are doing..they are stealing someone's article, which have been handed over for delivery to them.there should be some rules and regulation against these compny's and the people who are doing this, i have a very bad image about this industry now because this is the second incident with me of same kind, and it happen with each individual once in their life...these people chrge u hefty amount for delivery and what you get in the end is empty envelope..I request some one please take a strict action against these people and this industry needs to be more sticked with their moral and ethical values.consignment for my courier was PNU 2036547

Im not sure whether wat i did was right or wrong but i sent a mobile phone throgh courier which was packed when it got delievered to the destination mobile phone was there but it had charger and other stuffs. I had the sim card inside the mobile phone but it was taken out and kept it in the booklet. I had the mobile phone switched off. Irrespective of wat i did is right or wrong PC should not steal it right. I dono how many are like this losing their valuables ...
