[Resolved] Professional Couriers — PARCELS RECD IN OPEN CONDITIONS | |
I HAD SENT ALMOST 3 PARCELS THROUGH PROFESSIONAL COURIERS IN FEB AND MARCH AND I WAS SHOCKED TO KNOW THAT MY CLIENT HAD RECD THE PARCELS IN OPEN CONDITION. THE PARCELS WERE OPENED N SEALED AGAIN WITH MANY TAPES WHICH I HAD NOT DONE. THE SERVICE IS VERY BAD. THEY SAY THAT PARCEL WILL REACH WITHIN 2 DAYS BUT THE PARCEL HAS NEVER REACHED BEFORE 5 DAYS AND THAT TOO IN PERFORATED CONDITION. HELL TO PROFESSIONAL COURIERS. I WILL NEVER AGAIN SEND ANY PARCCEL THROUGH THIS SERVICE AND I REQUEST ALL U READERS TO GO FOR SOME GOOD COURIER SERVICE. PROFESSIONAL COURIERS ARE NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONALS.THEY R JUST CHEATERS. I HAVE ALSO LOST SOME ITEMS FROM THE PARCELS AND WHEN ASKING THEM THEY BLAME IT ON THE OCTROI DEPT. THEY SAY PPL FROM OCTROI STEAL THE PARCELS... THINK AND THEN COURIER... Hi .. I have also the same bad experience with professional couriers, they have stolen my items and sealed again, please advice everybody not to send through professional courier, , , its very unethical.we should give publicity in the media .. so the people will know about it .

the same problem i had also i a m a ebay seller i send a roti maker worth 2500 to west bengal the item received almost ofter ten days ofter 50 calls i had don the respons also very bad . the buyer also emploe of this corier a nd he claimed item not received for refund i have asked for pod they are trying cool me and if i dont get pod i will lose two times as refund and product i am going make a police compliant
