[Resolved] Professional Couriers — Non-delivery of goods | |
I had sent a courier on 8th may 2009 through professional couriers to my brother at Delhi -sent from Kerala-Trivandrum(Pappanamcode).The person who took delivery of goods assured that the same will reach there at 11th May as it is "by air'.But till now(15th may 2009 afternoon) it isn't reach there.They had charged me rs 550 for 4.6 kgs of parcel.The consignment no. is 360241 (PJP/TVM KERALA/01). The parcel was a b'day gift to my nephew for 12th of May. On enquiry, the employees of Professional couriers are giving contradictory and irresponsible reply. Was this information helpful? | |
