[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — Parcel Missing - Manager is not keeping his word

I have sent a courier from Trichy to Tutucorin (Tamilnadu) with dress materials, Srilankan tea and Soaps. Booked on 4/7/09 from Srinivasa Nagar, Trichy Branch(TRZ[protected]. They Charged Rs100/- for they booked in a spacial catagery. It did not reach the place. We were regular coustomers to this office. Then they gave the manager no[protected] Mr. Vinod Kumar he gave lot of excuses for every thing. And finally he said tomorrow I will settle the money. Till this time he did not settle the compansation.(Tomorrow never comes) Then I called the MD Mr. Dinesh[protected] he is very good he not even took the call. Just before this incident we lost an envelop with the crossed Cheque and the responsible person gave a good reply that " It is only a cheque right go and get the duplicate)". I don't think in India there is no legal system to control people like them. Can any affected persons can give some sugesstions.
