[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — Not accepting the couriers with Gift Items

Sir,

Today morning I have gone to Professionsl Courier, W. Island branch for sending a courier to Mannuthy. They have not accepted the parcel saying that Gift Items are not delivered through courier.

I telephoned the Professional Courier Head Office at Cochin in the number[protected] to clarify the same. Then they told that, they won't deliver gift item, fearing of loss of the same in transit. But this is not a good. This clearly says that company is not liable for loss of any of the product sending through them.
