[Resolved] Professional Couriers — Non delivery of courier and irresponsible behaviour | |||
I sent one book to professional courier for delivery to my friend in PuthanSanthai-Namakkal(Dt) on 31th of May 2011 by paying 100/- for the service with full recipient address and phone number along with my address. They gave me 2 receipts confirming the delivery within 48 hrs! Booking no:[protected] When i came to know the book is delivered to PuthanSanthai-Namakkal(Dt) and my friend haven't received so far. I also enquired with a person(Mr.Rathnachalam-Namakkal.Mobile-[protected]) belonging to that branch and he replied that the delivery boy(Mr.Manikam) have the book and not delivered yet and his mobile also switched off. So we don know whats the status of the book. As we are nearing our exams its a matter of serious concern. I have wasted my precious time and energy in knowing the status of the book delivery. I DEBABRATA BORAL FROM RAGHUNATHGANJ, MURSHIDABAD. I AM A MEDICINE WHOLESELER. SO FOR BUSINESS PURPOSE FROM UTTARPARA "ANGEL REMIDIES" SENT ME AN URGENT PERCEL DATED ON 29.09.2011. BUT TILL TODAY (13.10.2011) I HAVE NOT GOT THE PERCEL(DOKET NO -20577). SO I WANT TO ENQUARY AT OUR DISTRICT AGENT OF PROFESSIONAL COURIER IN BERHAMPORE. BUT HE DID NOT ANSWARED ME ABOUT PERCEL AND ALSO MISBEHAVE WITH ME FROM 3 DAYS. AND LASTLY THE AGENT SAID ME IN SOME BAD LANGUAGES & HE ALSO SAID ME "THAT PERCEL IS NOW PREASENT AT MY OFFICE" BUT WE NOT SENT TO U TILL 1 MONTH, I[censored] CAN DOING SOMETHING U CAN DO. This is further to my complaint for not compensating my lost consignment by Professional courier, I am humble request to all Member of Consumer Complaints portal not to use this and irresponsible Professional Courier for any reason. Dear Mr.

I would like to bring to your notice that I had to receive a Courier which was sent from Mumbai to Gurgaon, Haryana (Shipment No. vpl[protected]________) on ______27/12/2011____to till date_____.
However, despite the delay of _16 days, my shipment has not reached. The concerned person from your department also called me to confirm the address but no such couriered was received so far and it was confirmed by your personnel that the couriered is returned back to Mumbai without assigning any reasons. Despite repeated calls to your Customer Service agents, both at Mumbai and Delhi offices, the delivery has NOT been done.
The representatives have shrugged of their responsibilities by putting the blame on the shipment from one person to another.
This huge delay in delivery is quite contrary to the standards of quality and efficiency in service claimed by you. Hence you are requested to look into the matter to trace the current location of the shipment and kindly have it delivered. I, the receiver, have my contact details given below.

i have booked a parcel from chennao to kollam and now 5 days passes it has reached the kollam professional courier office 48 haours before which is below 1 kilometer to my house and i have several times called them up and they are not delivering what an amaziiing professionalism is happening in professional courier kollam office hope they will deliver this year it was better for me to go chennai and bring it by hand a small parcel 47287 . so think before you act

For me there was a gift from erode, booking no 2537221 on march 23 2012. On repeated asking the professional courier people informed that the parcel did not come to bangalore at all. I was following this almost every week and at last on 2/05/12 they are telling me that the parcel has gone back to erode on march 27th. Why this much irresponsibility.They will never attend the phones also properly.

I too was sent a gift from tirupur wide booking no 2537221 on march 23 2012. I was following this every week and got the reply from the professional people that the parcel is not received in bangalore at all. My sender is confirming that it left tirupur and lying in bangalore . At last on 2/05/12 the professional courier people are confirming the parcel was sent back to tirupur on march 27th. When asked why this was sent back without informing me there was no satisfactory answer. Why this irresponsible behaviour?
Can somebody in Professional Courier can help to get back the parcel or at least to inform actually what happened?

Professional Courier — No intimation and delivery of goods
I have done the courier of my product since 10 days.and still the product has not reached the destination..I have tried to call them many times but no answer and mailed for many times..no answer...I am fed up of calling them again and again..Please help me out !!
